This presentation explores how ageism shapes hiring, promotion, training, workplace culture, and job security.

Amanda Bull is a PhD candidate in Social Genrontology at McMaster University whose research focuses on ageism in the workplace and the experiences of older workers. her work explores how age discrimination affects hiring, career opportunities, and workplace inclusion of workers aged 55+.

From 1964 to 1966, the UK supplied a steady stream of hits from across the Atlantic. The Beatles’ 1st American release ‘MEET THE BEATLES” made room on the record charts for songs from their fellow country men, The Dave Clark Five (“Glad All Over”) Herman’s Hermits (“Henry the 8th”) and The Rolling Stones (“Satisfaction”)

Led by Jeff Scott, this 5 piece band celebrate the greatest hits of the British Invasion. Since the 50th Anniversary of the Beatles 1964 arrival, they’ve performed throughout Ontario as well as the US.

This high energy show captures the spirit of the early 60’s when rock and roll was new... all over again!!
