March Break at the Grimsby Museum
The Grimsby Museum is thrilled to present our 2025 March Break Camps! Camps occur from March 10 - March 14,
March 10: Crock-a-Doodle | 1pm - 3pm
March 11: Club Rex | 1pm
March 12: Chocolate Tales | 11am - 12pm, Coconut Quartz | 2pm - 4pm
March 13: Build a Pal Workshop | 1pm - 2pm
March 14: Little Rays Reptile Show | 11am - 12pm AND 1pm - 2pm
We have something for everyone—whether it’s pottery painting or bracelet-making workshops for your budding artist, exploring the fascinating world of dinosaurs, reptiles, and mammals, creating your own stuffed animal, or letting your little chef try their hand at chocolate-making. No matter their interests, we are certain there’s a fun and exciting experience waiting for them!

Welland Museum March Break Camp
Join us for a fun-filled week of exploring hands-on skills and creative expression!
Campers will work with different tools and materials daily while learning about colour-mixing, knot tying, puppetry, and more! Daily games and team-building activities throughout.

March Break Free Skate
Spend this March Break on the ice at the LIV Communities Arena (main arena). Free skate aid and helmet rentals on a first come basis. Each day is a theme day:
- Monday: Yay, it’s March Break. Wear your pyjamas and get a free gift bag
- Tuesday: Free hot dog or french fries with a drink
- Wednesday: Super Hero Day. Dress up and get a treat bag
- Thursday: Free hot dog or french fries with a drink
- Friday: St. Patrick’s Day. Wear green and get a treat bag.

March Break at the Museum
This March Break, we are exploring the History of Food. Get ready for a fun and educational experience with a variety of exciting daily hands-on activities for all ages!
Discover the fascinating discoveries that have transformed the way we eat in our Great Canadian Food Lab demonstrations! From the making of maple syrup to why bread rises, you’ll gain a whole new appreciation for the history of food in our community.
Best for kids aged 6-12 accompanied by an adult. All activities are available to the public by donation. No registration required.

Tea Like the Queen: A Children’s Tea Party!
You are cordially invited to join the Friends of Fort George for a special tea party over the March Break. Grab your favourite stuffy, and join us for a spot of tea, and delicious treats, just like the Queen! The afternoon will include a special story, a stuffy parade, and fun activities for children and their guardians.
Tickets include tea or juice, locally sourced scones, and some tasty treats from the 'Fort George Bill of Fare' cookbook.
Note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
