We are committed to delivering Local Radio to our listeners, our clients and our communities.

We have an opening on our Hamilton team for a full-time Account Manager.

Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will develop and nurture your own client base. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients on both broadcast and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with local businesses, leveraging your creativity, teamwork, and sales expertise to drive their growth and success.

Qualifications

· Goal oriented

· Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills

· Prospecting and Cold Calling skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Highly developed client service focus

· Experience in the media or broadcasting industry

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Knowledge of Radio Broadcasting and Marketing is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
