Opening Reception for Through The Grapevine: Winemaking in Niagara
Come out to celebrate the opening of our latest exhibit:
Through The Grapevine: Winemaking in Niagara
The story of Niagara is, in many ways, the story of wine. Our new exhibit traces the region’s winemaking journey. From the earliest attempts in the 1800s, through periods of decline, to the resurgence in the 1970s that led to internationally acclaimed Icewine.
Discover how passionate, ambitious, and resilient individuals overcame unpredictable weather, pests, and other challenges to cultivate grapes and build a thriving wine industry. Through artifacts, photographs, and interactive displays, explore the innovation, dedication, and culture that have shaped Niagara’s world-famous wine heritage.

Saints & Sinners Ghost Tour
Step inside over 200 years of history with a tour that’s equal parts fascinating, fun, and a little mischievous. St. George’s Anglican Church has seen saints, sinners, scandals, and surprises—and now you can hear the stories that shaped not only the church but the city of St. Catharines itself.
Guided by Rev. Dan Tatarnic, who has dug deep into the archives to uncover the most intriguing tales, this tour promises an unforgettable peek behind the stained glass. From pillars of the community to colourful characters you won’t find in the history books, you’ll discover the people and events that left their mark inside these storied walls.
Two tours only, limited to 30 people each. Reserve your spot before history passes you by!
All proceeds support the St. George’s Restoration Project, preserving this Niagara landmark for generations to come.
