May is Maternal Mental Health Month, and it’s the 3rd Annual Flora’s Walk Fundraiser for Perinatal Mental Health! Led by the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative. Perinatal refers to the period of time from conception and up to a year after giving birth, Flora’s walk aims to improve perinatal mental health care and establish a National Perinatal Mental Health Strategy in Canada.
