History:
Mr. Dude was dumped near his fosters home in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. When she found him he had no collar and was lying down next to a half eaten bag of dog food. She reached out to all surrounding shelters and rescues, and posted on local Facebook pages in search of an owner that was never found.
